  1. General Conditions
    All product purchases are subject to the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of purchase.

  2. Placing an Order

    • (i) It is your responsibility to carefully read the full product details before committing to purchase.

    • (ii) Placing an order on the website (by completing the payment process and clicking the "Buy" button or a similar button) may result in a legally binding contract for the purchase of the selected product unless otherwise specified in these Terms.

  3. Order Process and Pricing

    • You may select products from our catalog and add them to your cart by clicking the respective button. Prices are displayed on the website, and we reserve the right to adjust pricing or correct errors at any time. These adjustments will not affect the price of products you have already purchased.

    • During checkout, you will see a summary of all products in your cart, including key product details, the total price, applicable VAT, and shipping fees, if applicable.

    • The payment page allows you to review, modify, or remove products from your cart or update quantities. You can also correct any errors before finalizing your order.

    • Delivery timelines, if provided, begin only after your payment is received.

    • By clicking the "Buy" button, you confirm a binding order to purchase the listed products at the displayed prices and shipping fees. To finalize your order, you must first accept these Terms as legally binding by checking the appropriate box.

  4. Order Confirmation

    • After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation summarizing your order details, which you can print or save. This is an automated message acknowledging receipt of your order and does not indicate acceptance of your order.

  5. Contract Formation

    • A legally binding contract for the purchase of products is formed only when we send you an acceptance email or deliver the products. We reserve the right to decline your order.

    • Exceptions apply when you select a payment method that triggers immediate payment processing (e.g., electronic transfer, PayPal, or similar). In such cases, the binding agreement is concluded when you complete the ordering process by clicking the "Buy" button.

  6. Saved Payment Methods

    • You may save your preferred payment method for future use. Your payment details will be stored securely in compliance with industry standards (e.g., PCI DSS). Saved cards can be identified by the last four digits.

Delivery & Return

    • For items listed as in stock: Orders are typically prepared and shipped within an average of 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) after purchase confirmation and payment reception.

    • For items requiring special preparation or manufacturing: Processing times may vary. Please refer to the product description for specific details or contact us directly before placing your order.

  2. Out-of-Stock Items

    • The average processing time does not apply to items marked as out of stock, even if the payment option remains available. We recommend contacting us to inquire about availability and expected restock dates.

  3. Delivery Services

    • We ship using reliable delivery services, such as "Colissimo." Delivery times vary depending on the destination and chosen shipping option.

  4. Custom Orders

    • Custom or made-to-order items may require additional preparation time. We advise contacting us prior to placing such orders to confirm processing and delivery expectations.

  5. Holidays and Delays

    • Please note that weekends, public holidays, and unforeseen circumstances (e.g., strikes or adverse weather) may cause slight delays in the preparation and shipping process.

Refund and Return Policy

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase without providing a reason within 14 days from the receipt of the Product or the date you signed the service contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by registered mail at the following address:

Please do so within the specified time frame, using the form provided in Annex 1 (at the end of the Terms and Conditions of Sale). If you contact us by email, we will acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal.
Products must be returned intact and in their original packaging as soon as possible, and in any case within 14 days of your withdrawal notification. Upon receipt of the Product, we will process a full refund within 14 days, excluding return shipping costs, which remain your responsibility.

Please note that custom-made Products, specially ordered items, or those modified at the customer’s request cannot be returned.
