Purchasing Products

Applicability:
All Product purchases are subject to the Terms in force at the time of the purchase.
Placing an Order:
When purchasing a Product:
- (i) It is your responsibility to review the full item listing before committing to buy.
- (ii) Submitting an order on the site (by completing payment and clicking the “Buy” or similar button) may result in a legally binding contract for the purchase of the specified Product unless otherwise stated in these Terms.
Order Process:
You can select Products and place them in your cart by clicking the corresponding button. Prices are displayed on the Site. We reserve the right to modify prices or correct pricing errors at any time. Such changes will not affect prices for Products you have already purchased.

Before payment, you will see a summary of all Products in your cart, including key features, total price (including VAT and shipping costs, if applicable). This summary allows you to verify, modify, or remove items, and correct any input errors before placing a binding order.

By clicking “Buy,” you place a firm order for the selected Products at the displayed prices. By completing the process, you must first accept these Terms by checking the relevant box.

Order Confirmation:
Once your order is received, we will send you an email confirming receipt. This automatic message is not an order acceptance.
Contract Formation:
The binding contract is only formed when we send you an acceptance notice via email or deliver the Products. We reserve the right not to accept your order.

Product Delivery

We deliver globally. Delivery fees and times vary depending on the Products, shipping address, and chosen shipping method (default: COLISSIMO TRACKED SERVICE).

Fees and estimated delivery times will be provided before confirming your order. Additional options may be available for extra costs to meet specific needs or requests.

Note: For deliveries outside the European Union, you may be required to pay additional customs duties and taxes applicable to your country.

Coupons, Gift Cards, and Offers

Product Warranty

Legal Conformity Guarantee:

Two years to act from the Product delivery date.
Option to repair or replace the Product (if still available) under Article L.217-9 of the French Consumer Code.

Hidden Defects Guarantee:

Two years to act from discovering the defect (Article 1641 of the French Civil Code).
Option to terminate the sale or request a partial refund (Article 1644).
